Hi, Approximately 18 months ago we issued an advisory that our primary nameservers would be changing. Over the weekend we finally shut down those grandfathered NS. In the past several hours we have received a number of support tickets indicating site down. On investigation this had been found to be that the domain NS records were not updated 18 months ago as advised. Can you please check all your domain records and ensure that the nameservers are set correctly to our ns names. An email has been sent to you advising again the correct values. If they are not correct , please change them accordingly, or if you are unable, and we hold the domain, lodge a support ticket for us to do so for you. Thank you.
